In the past few years, I’ve been leading end-to-end (e2e) content ecosystem transformations for pharma companies, including Eli Lilly, AstraZeneca, and Johnson & Johnson.

Digital transformation and product development

  • Led multi-million dollar digital transformation for large pharma company, which realized the following ROI:
    • Reduced reliance on vendors, decreasing content creation spend by up to 50 percent
    • Increased speed to market to less than 7 days from 3 to 5 weeks
    • Designed bulk approval system for content that enables personalized content delivery with smaller budgets
  • Partnered with Adobe (AEM) developers to customize a modular content system & MLR review/approval platform

Marketing innovation

  • Designed MarTech system integration and content automation that increased efficiency and accuracy while eliminating costly, time-consuming manual processes, cutting costs by more than 20% without cutting staff
  • Architected and implemented multi-platform, integrated, data-driven solutions that enabled bulk approval and personalized experiences at scale and ensured UI/UX best practices were adopted

Strategy and business development

  • Developed and implemented content and analytics strategy, enabling brands to create more personalized content in less time with fewer rounds of MLR review while improving content effectiveness and customer experience
  • Partnered with leadership and brand leads to determine most effective channels to support modular content strategy, and designed modular content models and wireframes to enable cross-channel delivery
  • Identified unmet need and grew client business from a low 6-figure account to a multi-million dollar partnership
  • Planned, developed, and led workshops for senior leadership, brand teams, and vendorsĀ 
  • Designed content modules that allowed asset sharing between commercial and medical business units
  • Led discovery and business requirements development from initiation through launch using Agile methodology
  • Developed messaging and metadata frameworks and content models to support digital solution development

Content team leadership

  • Mentored and coached a content team of four writers and strategists, resulting in two promotions within a year
  • Salvaged client relationships by recruiting a team of content experts that restored trust and led to new SOWs
  • Trained content developers, strategists, and creatives on modular content, strategy, and processes
  • Developed creative briefs and guided creative process for omnichannel content from engagement through delivery
  • Evaluated existing content for opportunities for optimization, then created content to meet KPIs
